We have endeavoured to provide all the facilities at Kirk House to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

Electricity and heating are included in the tariff, together with linen and towels.

Kirk House is fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer facility, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with an extensive range of crockery, glassware and stainless steel utensils and saucepans together with a new range style cooker.

A widescreen colour TV with built in video and DVD together with Sky TV and also a music centre are provided for your enjoyment. The Sky TV package is a full package which includes Sky Sports and Sky Movies.

Because we have children of our own and we realise how the hassle of having to pack extra equipment can put a damper on your holiday, we can provide a range of baby equipment including cots, highchairs and sterilising units. A selection of toys, books, bucket and spades will also be available. Please let us know your requirements so that we can arrange for everything to be in place for your arrival.

There are various baby sitters in Polperro that offer an excellent and reliable service. Their contact details are in the General Information Folder which can be found in the main house.

A mobile telephone is provided for your convenience on a 'pay as you go' basis, as only the Orange network has coverage in Polperro.

Parking

Parking in Polperro is at a premium, but as an extra service for our guests, we have two car parking spaces available free of charge. These are used for all our properties, and will be allocated on a 'first booked, first allocated' basis. Should you require additional parking, spaces in the main carpark may be available at a cost of £20.00 per week.
